I’m putting in my two weeks today at a company that declined a $.50 raise, for a job that I’ll be making $18k more a year. I’m so excited but also so nervous and sad to leave the team I’ve been on because they are great! Wish me luck, it’s going to be a tough day, but overall I’m so excited! Know your worth people
