Hey all, wanted to ask some questions based on this info:
- employee “part-time”
- pay is “per session” (only if I see a customer, do I get paid)
- “unlimited” PTO (no pay)
- I need to find coverage for said PTO
- no benefits or formal, typical “PTO”
Am I actually obligated to search for coverage based on these rules? Or do I have a right to tell the “boss” that they or “admin” should be handling that? (NYC)
