Hello, going to leave my job. Simply too repetitive. Got some other freelance work in the same sector lined up already. My contract states I should give 4 weeks notice, but I’m not planning on doing so. If I let me manager know that I’ll not be coming back to work after this week is it likely to cause issues? Or would it be better to give 2 weeks? I won’t have to train anyone. Also if I give two weeks and say I’d prefer to only work one but thought I’d offer are they likely to accept? Thanks
