In California the law says If you quit or resigned and provided at least 72 hours of notice, you are entitled to an immediate payment of vacation days.
I am leaving my job, gave them 2 weeks notice.
I have over 56 hours of vacation time.
Does this mean that on my last day they should have a check ready for me?
Or will they just pay me out with my final check?
