Are there any workers right in Pennsylvania specificly that basically gives me the right to sit at work? Especially when theres no work to be done? I work at a mcdonalds and we get yelled at if we sit when theres no work to do or no customers to serve. Also are there any rights regarding in being able to use our phones ir not?
