I've been applying to jobs for about 3 months now and I'm seeing a ton of companies offer poor benefits plans or in most cases, no benefits at all. The last time I was searching for work, the majority of the jobs I applied for had semi-decent plans. Has there been a dramatic shift over the past few years?
