Question: Tipout isn’t provided, illegal?

I’m just curious, I’m a bartender in USA. I make $5.50/hr payroll (from company) with the rest being gratuities from customers. I tip share with my front-of-house co-workers (I.e. servers, host, server expo, etc). My tip-out is equally shared between positions but my hosts/servers/sa will be cut and out of the building by 9:30 pm and I’ll run the bar/resturant as manager, bartender, and server solo the last 2-3 hours. Should the tips from those tables be mine 100% or should I still be splitting them with the other co-workers who are off the clock? I’ve never tip shared before and feel like I’m getting ripped….
