Hello all, I'm not even sure if this is the right place to post and ask this, so please refer me to the correct sub if not!
I am looking for any resources or information about how to report an employer for shady but not directly unlawful conduct in hopes that it will be able to help others either not provide them business in the future or for other potential employees to avoid working here. My situation is that of concern of being discriminated against based on gender but there isn't a significant amount of financial loss to render worthy of an actual lawsuit. My career is in the mental health field, I work for a private practice that provides therapy and counseling, if that helps narrow things down.
Other than the Illinois Attorney General's office, is there any board or licensing agency that would be an appropriate place to make a report?
Any info greatly appreciated!
