Questions about unionizing

So I work at a music store that’s part of a chain (not guitar center tho), and I’m one of 3 employees total at this location, with one being the manager, who has been blowing up at my only coworker and I in increasing frequency. Beyond that the company keeps adding new responsibilities to the job without an increase in pay or any benefits. I’m looking at other jobs(got my second interview for a higher paying job this week!), but someone mentioned unions so I was curious. We’re probably going to both quit soon since my coworker said he doesn’t want to be at this job alone with the manager, and I doubt I’ll make nearly as much as this job I’m interviewing in this company. but if we were interested in staying, would a theoretical mini union be possible? Especially since we have pretty much gotten no employment applications,…

Especially since we have pretty much gotten no employment applications, the location would probably close if we both quit. Would we be able to leverage that in any way? I don’t know much about unions so if someone is interested in schooling me about I’d love to know more.
