Good day ! My gf just got fired from her job as a vet tech because apparently there is drama going on after the owners wife picked up a position there. Supposedly, she got a call today and they told her she was being let go because her scrubs were too tight. Apparently this is a distraction for the employees and the owner (doctor). They also fired another girl which supposedly was the doctors ex. Now, this is obviously the wife doing some cleaning in the background. My gf scrubs are not crazy tight at the point of revealing her underwear or anything. She wears a size up because her body is just naturally built. By any means she is wearing innapropiate attires to work, nor violating the dressing code. She's one of the best workers there on top of that. I told her to request a termination letter from her employer but they won't give her one. I know choices are scarce but, legally, is there something that can be done ?. Thank you !
