I was a retail manager. They put “performance” as the reason, but it really isn’t my fault. They never gave me staff, told me there’s no excuses for things not getting done, then fired me because I couldn’t do all 200 things they wanted done by myself. Right now I’m just applying for more jobs I guess. That’s it, rant over.
