My job quietly promoted me in May when my manager quit and then I had to do that job and my own job without a pay raise. I was begging for a new manager and started to get burnt out so I started to quiet quit. I stopped taking over responsibilities that weren't in my pay scale or job description. They noticed right away and I don't even feel bad. The new manager I've been asking for, for over 5 months, start Monday when I start my new job 🙂
