Quiet quit

How do you people incorporate quiet quitting? I don’t plan on fully quitting for a couple of years, but recently stumbled upon quiet quitting (I’m new to this). I’m taking my full hour lunch break from now on, which I’m entitled too but never normally get. Slowing down my work ethic. I normally run around more than I need to whilst other people slack. I am no longer willing to do this. Taking longer toilet breaks and and walking the long way back to increase my daily step count. Doing exactly what my job title requires and no more. Not agreeing to work extra hours. Trying to say no to after work drinks with colleagues. This is a tough one as the peer pressure is intense. Everyone seems to love spending even more time with each other. Even though we see each other 50+ hours per week. I’d rather not.…

I’d rather not.

Any other suggestions and tips welcome
