Quiet-quitting..

Is it really a thing? I am an electrician and I don’t really see this type of behavior In tradesman or from other types of trades. The only thing close to this is guys slacking towards the end of the job to get layoff until the next big job.. I feel like In these types of fields there’s a lot of work everywhere there’s no reason to slack you just “drag up” and go where the grass is greener. But I can see it happening in office setting or retail, etc. Humans like progression, so I think people who have jobs that create no progression from their productivity is the cause of this. A level up system could help in keeping people focused. Anyways I was just thinking about this since I say a YouTube video about it lol..
