Quit my job a year ago and have not looked back since

Had a job where I was running basically most of the backoffice for that company. Answered about 1 to1, 5k emails a day. Stuff like that. I asked my boss to hire more people as I worked nearly 10 hour a day without real breaks. (which in Germany is against like at least 10 laws) After nothing happend for about half a year aside from me getting a small pay raise. I told the boss one more time I need to get support, I can't do this anymore. And he again said that he's searching for someone. The week after I went to a headhunter agency who rolled out the red carpet for me. I had signed a new contract within 2 weeks. My old position is now filled by 3 people and an assistant. I work normal hour now make more money, have more days off and can chill…
