I’ve been working at Dollarama for around 8 months, and I’m just so tired of it, the workplace is horrid, and the employees are toxic as hell, supervisors are paid 50 cents more than associates, there was basically no communication between supervisors and associates. We were left to our own devices and it was really hard to improve at all.
In fact, around two days after I told my
boss I was putting my two weeks in, the news had already spread to the whole store. I don’t know how normal that is but it shouldn’t have had spread that fast, or at all.
No wonder people were quitting essentially every month.
