Hello, so for my job I am currently working a minimum of 60 hours a week sometimes up to 70. I also just found out that the bonus I was expecting is not coming due to things out of my control. I really can’t take a pay cut due to bills, and we just found out we are expecting our first child this year! I think the company gives 1 month off for paternity leave. Should I start looking now or wait to take the month off for leave?
