I work at an airport for an airline, as an operational employee, here is my previous post.

Following the unfair PIP I had with my new boss (6 weeks after he joined), and the complaint I filled to the ethics and compliance department right after – I enjoyed a peaceful week, absolute silence. One morning I got an invitation from “area manager”, lets call her Fili, to have a teams meeting to “voice my concerns” and HR will be joining since it concerns my manager, lets call him Dildo.
Unsurprisingly, the “voice your concerns” meeting was, you guessed it – an ambush. I was gaslighted into believing Dildo is only doing his job, I'm being a bad employee and a trash human. HR kept bringing up my terrible offences such as “wears scarf not according to standard” and “occasionally files a report late” as well as “we are trying to help you improve”.
At some point I asked what's the real purpose of the meeting. HR and Fili replied it's to voice my concerns. “Well, I actually have a few pages written down about…” When I was immediately interrupted – “WHERE WAS THIS NOTEBOOK A WEEK AGO DURING THE PIP???”
“Oh, you mean this procedure that's literally non-existent in this country, and you blatantly lied about what it is and said I don't need to prepare anything, just show up?”
“YOU KNOW HOW IT MAKES YOU LOOK WHEN YOU COMPLAIN AFTER THE PIP, WHY DIDNT YOU COMPLAIN BEFORE? YOU WRITE SUCH NICE EMAILS! TO HEAD OF HR, TO PAYROLL, TO COMPLIANCE, BUT NOT A SINGLE EMAIL ABOUT DILDO!”
“I'm asking again, what's the point of this meeting? I don't need a re-run of the PIP, but you keep interrupting me when I try to speak”.
HR lady bursts again, I tell her this is my two week notice. She does not accept in, I tell her she will get it in writing and wish them a good night.
Next day, I show up to work and work normally until 14:00, when they reply they approve my resignation. An hour later they add that I'm to go on a “garden leave” and not expected to show up during my notice, and I can use the time to take care of my affairs at the workplace. So I pack my shit and go home, scheduling a meeting with Dildo for the next day at 15:00 to return the remaining airline stuff I have (uniform, ID, laptop) so he can sign off on me being a good obedient girl.
So I show up to my office, drop the items before the meeting and start going around the airport saying goodbye to the people I've spent almost a year working with. When I try to get past an “employee only” checkpoint my card won't work. I try again, won't work. I hand it over to the security lady that tells me it's been canceled. COO of the handling company we worked with shows up to see me in frustrated tears while basically being jumped on by airport security. He calls them off and mentions that Dildo is a giant asshole and that cancelling my card while I am on my two week notice is a dildo move even for Dildo, and adds insult to injury. At this point the airport security realize what's happened and try and calm me down.
I give up on my goodbye round and go cry in frustration in some remote corner, getting there was super hard because I kept being stopped by co-workers that heard about what's going on and being comforted and hugged. Was nice, but made me even more emotional and upset that I'm leaving a job I like because of Dildo.
Eventually 15:00 rolled in, I dumped my pile of uniform on Dildo with the laptop on top, wished him good luck and left. My phone haven't stopped ringing since with collogues telling me he'll get what he deserves eventually, and people that are interviewing for my position asking if there is truth in the rumors that Dildo is so terrible and how come I quit 6 weeks after he was assigned as my manager.
On a side note – ethics and compliance are following up on my complaint, so that's something I guess.
