Quit the micromanagement at min wage job.

For three days at the plant nursery, I was expected to know all the plants, products and numbers to type in an old school computer. I was training for cashier. Some employees are nice, however some are micromanaging and pressure everyone to get a $100 bonus job for prefect score in performance each month. I got pressure to do well in my job and there's no HR deal with toxic employee. Veteran Employee asked me to smile while they never smile at cashier. They criticized my tone in every little things. They criticized how close I speak to my walkie-talkie. They expect me to use the extact script/lines in phone calls and at the cashier. They criticized how other employee stand and chit-chatting. 5. They criticized how other employee stand and chit-chatting.
  6. They got upset and mock me for making mistakes.
    So,on
  7. They wanted me to use the walkie talkie to tell everyone when I'm at break and at
    lunch.
  8. They got upset that they had to carry the store, then later told me I need to learn things solo without help or when everyone is busy.
  9. They dictate who I should be allowed to ask for training or help. “Only ask this and that. That employee is still new and don't know anything!”
(The other employee asked the manager, they said we can learn it from anyone.)

Managers don't do much.
No wonder people quit so soon, and I see too many depressed employees at the cashier just three days straight. Come on, we're paid min wage. Not high salary car sale person. It's not even training. It's being micromanagement to death.
