Quitting 1st corporate job 3 months in

Hey, so I have started a new job in in Finance. I was approached by a recruiter and overall the process went well and fast and got the job without any previous experience. They have training and everything but I just realized accounting and processing is just not for me. I cannot understand most processes that I do, I keep struggling with everything + I started during an extremely chaotic transition that I am a part of. They have training and everything but I just realized accounting and processing is just not for me. I cannot understand most processes that I do, I keep struggling with everything + I started during an extremely chaotic transition that I am a part of.

I have other interviews lined up in the finance/management sector so I am not quite worried about my future, I have other skills that do not make me worried about finding a job in the future.

What I am worried is the reaction of the managers. They invested a lot of money to hire and train me as a contractor, would it be rude to leave the job?

Also, I am one of the few people on the project, I feel like quitting would leave them in a not so great position.. But at the same time I am extremely underperforming. Would I just have to pay back the money I earned if I quit? Would the company entirely blacklist me?
Also, this is in Europe, so they might look at it differently.

TL;DR Should I quit job after 3 months if it's not for me and am underperforming? Would the managers lash out at me?
