it's been three days since my training program started , i mean the people are helpful is that they also have work and they didn't have a plan before starting the training program. They are always busy and can't really help i have to figure out all by myself.i have another job lined up just these two days i have been debating a lot. the other job have a training program and what i have read from reviews is that it is really great place for freshers. any advice ? am i making the right decision
