First proper job after university where I feel I was misled (was promised a good progression route but it’s a small business where there doesn’t appear to be any route at all), however I want to be there for 6 months before I apply for other jobs purely so it’ll look better on my CV compared to leaving after 2 months. Any advice on how to interview for other jobs while still in a full time role? My contract also says I have to give 12 weeks notice when leaving, any further advice?
