I'm quitting my job tomorrow. It's the most toxic workplace I have ever had the misfortune to experience.
The amount of trash talk and bullying is insane. It's a small place, we're not even 10 employees. I have talked to my boss multiple times about how bad it is and she is always acting as if this is a super important issue that has to be dealt with. And then she does fucking nothing about it.
Well today a coworker told me she heard my boss and another coworker talking about me last week. Not so nice things as you can guess. So not only does this mf ignore her coworkers bullying each other – she also do the same fucking thing herself.
I already have 2 coworkers who are quitting next month, and tomorrow I'll quit too. I hope the whole place collapses. I will tell her and my coworkers exacly why I quit. I'm so done with their shit. Just to add – we work with children and are supposed to be good role models.. yeah
I've decided (with the support from my amazing boyfriend) to get myself an education in IT security, and then land a job where I make twice these bitches monthly pay. So I guess some good actually came out of this 🙂
