How far is a lie able to go can I stretch times at workplaces to extend out towards the 1.5 year mark so it seems like I jump around less? I figure they wont call past employers as thats never happened unless I listed them as a reference… And could I lie and say im a current employee at a place I recently left on bad terms to ensure they wont call them?
