Im a mixed race guy working at a fast food restaurant in a small city in South England, I'm the only POC worker and I've had to put up with racist shit from my coworkers since I started. They all freely use the n word and frequent make comments about my race, my hair, any black music I play at work, just non stop including one of my managers. So I went over his head to the area manager who essentially suggested to stop playing songs with the n word in and tried to insinuate his colour blindness. I've decided I've gotta go the official route to complain about it but I'm out of my depth here so if anyone has any advice, anecdotes, resources or anything to help that would be greatly appreciated
