My understanding is that the US president will be singing a bill into law that forces a union to accept a deal they didn't want and make it illegal to strike.
Serious question here, as I am not well versed in the subject matter.
Can't they just……. strike anyway? If they all do it, then the catastrophe would be severe. Can they feasible fire all of them then hire and “train” (not an intended pun, I just mean we all know that they wouldn't be properly trained) replacements? I have strong beliefs on this but hoping for counter points to arise.
