so š when i started working at my current place of work, I vibed with everyone. Everything was great and I loved working there and with everyone and even the cruddy tasks and jobs were fine because we were all in it together and having a good time through our suffering.
all the coworkers that i started with have either left or gotten promoted. or got fired.
my last og coworker (lets call them Jesse) was fired today. apparently FOUR people have gone to management and complained that they are uncomfortable working with Jesse bc they complain about senior management.
our senior manager is old, and grumpy, and plenty of us complain about him. to give a perspective, there are only 15 non managers working at this point in time. i can't believe there would be 4/15 of us that would hate on Jesse to someone that they equally dont like. 15 is low too!! of the members we have, they were one of the most experienced members of the team!!!
so!! instead of senior management taking whatever criticism was being said about him, and idk maybe bettering his old and grumpy practices, he just removed Jesse instead š Idk if Jesse got any warning about maybe being a bit quieter about their complaining. im honestly frankly shocked and now super bitter that FOUR out of FIFTEEN crew members complained about Jesse.
Jesse was one of my work besties, the last one. i havent been to work in about two months , so i barely know the new coworkers and now no way in hell feel comfortable in any way around them if they got Jesse fired.
and ive already practically said im working at this place for another year š
