So, they say:
1. exercise three times a week.
2. sleep 8 hours a night
3. Have a clean and organized house
4. Eat healthy home made meals
5. Have relationships
6. Have enjoyable and fulfilling hobbies
7. Work 40+ hours a week
WHEN???
So far I've been sleeping 4-6 hours a night and my relationships are being neglected, and my hobbies are nonexistent.
What have you given up on?
