Got a job at riteaid and quit because it wasn’t for me. Told the store manager to mail me my last two checks. (Only worked there for 3weeks) They mailed me my first two weeks in a check and they sent me a rapid pay card for my last week. I signed up for it and now when i try to transfer money or withdrawal money out an atm it says the cvv is wrong when I entered it right when signing up, even have the rapid pay app and i have no issues logging into it/seeing my balance. Any advice on how to fix this issue? Tried calling support and it won’t let me talk to a representative because the cvv is wrong even though its right, it even asks all the numbers of the card/security questions and everything is correct but the cvv even though its right.
