I made a post a while back stating how both sides are to blame for the kind of enviroment most people have to deal with. To summerize that post highlights how people have greedy intentions which creates a tug of war of how much employers take vs employees.
To my point. One of the top posts here is about how someone plans to go to an interview just to troll with no intention of getting the job but just to waste their time. I've seen many posts like this which gets upvoted and the comments are mostly “you are doing a good deed kind of thing”
Good luck fixing any kind of gap with that kind of mindset.
For what it's worth, i'm a freelancer that quit a corperate job for many of the reasons people complain here about which is why i was attracted to this sub but the more i read it the more i see reasons why people get treated as they do.
