They've fired a few key employees on some pretty minor safety violations that they've let others slide on. The whole shop is pissed, even some of the pretty higher ups about this. They keep promising pay raises, but none come through, even though the company is getting more jobs and is racking in the dough.
From what I see there maybe a mass quit coming soon, but, if I could turn it into a union organization that might be better. I just don't know where to start, especially in Texas. Any help would be great
