To clarify I'm curious what you guys think would happen if everyone or a majority of people started putting their desired salaries as a livable wage and we all just didn't budge and existing employees request a pay raise or they quit? Like a union but for every worker not just specific trades. How long do you think companies could realistically hold out before they would have to make a change? How many people do you think would actually stay on board and for how long? What are some other potential consequences or benefits of doing something like this?
