Hi, recently my company has laid off employees and there will be another batch of layoffs in the next couple of months.
So, I felt anxious about that and applied to other companies and there is one company that called me for an interview (same role as my current company) next week. I'm wondering what to write in the application form for “reason for leaving”, what “reasonable” reason should I state in “reason for leaving” when I'm actually anxious and want to find a backup plan just in case I get laid off from my current company?
