I don't work traditional jobs much and my buddy has been getting fucked over by his workplace a lot but he hates unions. I was wondering if someone has a list of reasons they're good and what they do for the workplace. He tells me they're corrupt, they do nothing, and that they scammed his mom out of her pension.
