Received my yearly evaluation and got a 10 cent raise

Got my yearly evaluation yesterday, my performance is apparently good enough for a 2% raise. That's about 10 cents. It wasn't even a bad review this is the second best yearly raise they offer. I also completed training for my job this past year, a month long class, 31 days without a full day off, for a whopping 25 cent raise. I make just over $5.00/hr before my raises go into effect, most of my pay comes from tips, which honestly I'm very lucky because I make good money, better than most of my bosses, but it's ridiculous just how little my company cares to pay its employees. We're the biggest department in this company and yet we cost them pennies to keep around.
