Has anyone had this happen? I was contacted initially by a recruiter over LinkedIn who said I was qualified to apply for an open position. Upon applying, I was quickly offered an interview via email. Subsequently I was asked to select several options via an automated email scheduler through which I selected about five available time slots. I was then scheduled for the first one and received an automated confirmation.
When I did not receive a call or invite to a video call after about thirty minutes, I called the recruiter. Further ghosting ensued. Is this normal? I've been ghosted after applications before but never during the interview process when a meeting was formally scheduled.
