Recruiters need to do better.

Calling me back after my interview, or at the very least shooting me a small text informing me of my not being selected for the position is so much more preferred than ghosting me. Also, it shouldn’t take more than one interview to assess a candidate’s suitability for a part-time position. They generally have a high turnover rate; why should much time and effort be wasted on the hiring/selection process? I’m a young man who wants to work to prove himself and earn enough to live comfortably, but recruiters are apparently happy with leaving us on read and/or not bothering to follow up. Christ’s chin, it shouldn’t be this difficult. Rant over. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
