Red Flags or am I just overthinking it

Had a job interview in Phoenix Az., just moved here from Ohio. Interview went well but they had me do an on the spot test and mockup a design within a given time-frame. I know I bombed it, I was super nervous, had no design assets and was given a buggy install of Photoshop to test on. I have never had to do something like that before, I was pretty nervous. When done, they said, based on this your not worth what your asking and they then offered me the low end of the pay range and said they would hire me on as a 1099 for 90 days and re-evaluate after the 90 days. They want me to sign a non-compete and an NDA on top of being a 1099. They also said that there is no specific job title and everyone is expected to do what they are…

They also said that there is no specific job title and everyone is expected to do what they are asked, for example If he needs me to clean a bathroom, I'm expected to comply, If he needs me to do web work for him, I need to hop to it – im a former web developer and am actively seeking employment outside of that field for a reason. All that being said, they said they were VERY IMPRESSED with my portfolio despite my test work not really meeting their expectations.

They have since taken the job listing down. I NEED a job, Ive applied to almost 200 listings and this was the first one that has reached out to me. Originally I had turned them down as I had accidentally applied, not noticing the salary range was 20-30k lower than what was suggested for my experience level. But they repeatedly asked me to come in for an interview. I feel anxious about the situation and need some advice.
