Religious coworkers

I have two coworkers who regularly play religious sermons or music on their phones. We’re not even supposed to be on our phones at our desk unless it’s work-related or an emergency. My boss confronted one of them about it but he went right back to it the next day. He also wears his March for Life hat to work fairly often and will keep it on in the office. Both of them are also generally lazy and will be on personal calls when they’re supposed to be working. I’m lucky if I can go to the bathroom or eat. If I say something to them, I look like I’m being racist because I’m white and they’re not. If I go to my boss, she’ll tell me to work it out with them. I’m applying for a position in another unit, and I have the feeling my boss is going to ask me why, and I won’t be able to censor myself. I like most of the people I work with, but I’m sick of walking on eggshells.
