Religious Freedom vs. Drug Policy

I am a member of OMS, if you don’t know what that is, it’s a religious organization that supports individuals rights to use things like cannabis, mushrooms etc in their spiritual practices. I have a legal document declaring my membership. I was recently pulled for a random drug test at my work. Guarantee I will pop positive for THC. I am waiting for the call from the drug lab to inform me of the results, at which time I will provide them with the document. In cases where someone has a medical card, it would result in the lab switching the positive to a negative and the company would never know. I’m curious to see if they do the same when I provide them with my right to religious freedoms documentation. If they don’t accept it I could be fired, but I am fully prepared to threaten lawsuit. It’s a large corporation so I don’t think they would want the attention. It’s ridiculous that the marijuana policy even exists in todays world where it’s practically legal. Not sure if this is really the place for this post but I’d like to hear from people how they think this might play out.
