I worked at a production plant years ago that had automatic guided vehicles. Signage on it said to not walk within 5 foot in front of it. The plant manager was always whining about “lost labor” because everyone adhered to the 5 ft. Well one day he was giving some investors a tour of the plant and decided to show them the built in safety features of the agv's and stood in front of one. It broke his leg. Everyone was happy but him.
