So I live on my boss’s ranch. The original plan was for me to help her out with her kids and for me to take care of her animals on the weekends when she isn’t here. Also to help her out with extra things that need to be done on the ranch. For almost the entire year she has been living in Florida. For that reason I feel pretty stuck here and if I’d like to spend the night somewhere or go on a trip it’s nearly impossible. I feel that I share so much of my life with her already. If I have an emergency I have to tell her why. She likes to ask questions and I personally feel that it’s none of her business. Lately ever since I moved here I’ve been noticing her watching me a lot more than she used to. She watches me on her cameras. She watches every story I post on Instagram. Instagram has always been something I feel that I’d like to share with my close friends only so I removed her. She’s still on my Facebook and I’m ok with that. But I just want some sense of privacy and something separate from my work life. I’m not entirely sure if she’ll confront me about it. But I need advice on what to say politely so she doesn’t feel offended?
