I've been stuck in rental work for the past 6 years. As the work contracts usually only last from 6 months to 1 year, I always have had to change for a new work place, put a lot of effort in (note that I work in physically challenging places), learn everything anew and show that I am a good worker in hopes that I could get a permanent workplace. This is just not happening, no matter how hard I would work. They exploit the use of rental workers and kick you out when the busiest season ends and gets more quiet, no matter how good of a worker you would be. Due to that I also have not had any paid holidays for 6 years. Now I am again searching for a new work place, meaning that I can't have holidays at least another year. This has to stop. This is modern day slavery.
