I told my manager I couldn't work Thursday, but that I could make up for it today, yet she's making me look for a replacement. She claims she's only supposed to look for it when I'm sick, or if I ask for the day off 3 weeks in advance. I'm just making sure if this is something that is true or not. I'm 19, so idk if she's just making some shit up or it really is something she can do.
