I was on Facebook, and ran across a person who is proud to work for free. An argument ensued, and someone mentioned that their employer could be reported for wage theft. But the employee doesn't want to report, and is happy about being treated poorly. Can someone report a company on behalf of someone else, even if the employee is ok with working off the clock?
