Requested days off in 3 weeks. Policy is two weeks prior. Union job, just cause state for termination. Got an eval meeting request for the day prior to days off. Boss hates me, team hates me. I do incredible work though (customers we service (other staff members) love me. No failures at the job. Evals are on yearly. This one is 3 months early. Want to hear how you think this meeting will go and why this was scheduled the day prior to the days off. Seeming out of the blue.
