How do say “you don't pay me enough for this bullshit” professionally?
I'm resigning a job which is extremely stressful, I'm located in a city where the cost of labor is cheap, so they pay a “fair” rate for the area but the amount of stress is so high, and I don't think my mental health is worth this little bit of money. Basically I want to say “I need a bigger pile of money to cry into to be able to keep doing this job” Help! I'm writing the email now and it has to be completed within the hour!
