Gave my two weeks notice to move to a different company with better pay and a lot less responsibilities. Nothing felt better than witnessing reality settling in for my boss when he realized exactly the level of work I was doing. In a couple of weeks I’ll no longer have 19 projects on my plate… and they are getting 3 ( yes THREE ) senior staff to fill in for me. Cheers!
