Does anyone have any tips for writing resignation letters? Should I include why I'm leaving (harassment from management) in the letter or just mention it in the exit interview?? I'm completely lost, like I want to say “as soon as you found out i was sick you've questioned everything and made it impossible to actually work here” (as professional as possible ofc), but I've only every said like “thanks for the opportunity my last day is x” any help/tips would be greatly appreciated
