Resigned from an unhealthy job and now facing various legal issues

Hey everyone! I suddenly had to resign from a healthcare position last week that I was planning on formally leaving this week. Due to the interactions with my boss, my mental health declined, and I was having frequent anxiety/panic attacks and felt like I was not working in an ethical environment, and was unsupported, coerced and intimidated at my job. Last week, I've received a threat to file a board complaint in my state, due to incomplete documentation (specifically, a evaluation report and a progress report). I completed as much as I could at the time of my leaving (multiple evaluation reports, chart documents), to the best of my ability, but was unable to complete the remaining paperwork due to feelings of hostility entering the workplace and not having access at home to a wide variety of materials that I would need as well as the EHR system.

They offered minimal accommodations. Due to mental health, I had to stop looking at emails until I contacted a lawyer as well as my state board for guidance, and only now have proposed further accommodations to my previous employer regarding finishing the documents.

Unfortunately, they are now ignoring my emails, and I am imagining they already submitted a board complaint for review, which is breaking my heart.

I have worked so hard to protect my clients, my license, and to work with integrity and good faith. I have a paper-trail documenting everything, but I worry now that since it has been a week, that maybe it is too late. I wish I could've completed the documents in advance, but I had no plans of resigning so suddenly.

Irregardless, any advice or input would be helpful. I never imagined sticking up for my mental health and the unethical actions of my employer would surmount in such a difficult situation.
